Our extra virgin olive oil is of Italian origin and is cold pressed using only mechanical procedures. It is of top quality and bottled pure or aromatised to give your dishes an unmistakeable aroma. Our sweet sauce uses an old, traditional recipe with balsamic vinegar from Modena, enriched with a touch of honey and a drop of Vin Santo to bring a condiment to your table that will bring new life to your favourite dish (a perfect accompaniment for Parmesan, Bresaola, escalopes, salads, strawberries and ice-cream). The truffle butter is made with freshly made, superior quality butter, which blends with the truffle to offer you a product to flavour your starters, first courses, and main meat dishes. Threads of pure, slowly dried Saffron only gathered from the plateaux of our region. Lastly, our Truffle Salt allows you to flavour your alternative dishes with an intense truffle aroma.
