Over the years the company has progressively achieved success in Italy, Europe and throughout the world with one major strong point: top quality. Thus, for over 40 years we have ensured each stage in our production is closely supervised, including the harvest and processing right up to distribution. We use expert truffle hunters and nature lovers who search for truffles in Italy and we can guarantee a 100% Italian origin. Our rigorous food chain based on our solid family tradition has known how to blend state-of-the-art technology and the dexterity of our workers into a unique alchemy to spread the culture of our main product: the truffle. Each individual truffle is delicately cleaned and carefully washed. Furthermore, our experts accurately select and scrupulously check all the ingredients used in our preparations, favouring local or at least Italian products to ensure the end product is genuine and environmentally friendly.
All our machinery is completely disassembled and cleaned every day to guarantee maximum hygiene.
